Thank you for choosing Sakina London for your clothing needs. We are proud to offer top-quality sewing services, guaranteeing excellent styles and finishing. We are committed to making sure you are happy, and we carefully sew and tailor your clothes exactly like the designs you see on our website.
However, please know that the finished item might look a little different from the picture. Some small details that brands use just for showing off their designs might not be included in your final garment. Because of this, we have made some changes to keep the clothes aligned with traditional Pakistani culture. For example, dresses that are shown with low backs, backless designs, drop shoulders, or sleeveless styles will be changed to have regular backs, regular shoulders, and attached hooked sleeves. This is done to ensure modesty.
Our Sewing Rules

The shirt will be designed and sewn to look very much like the picture shown on the Sakina London website.

The fabric we use for sewing is not water absorbent. This helps the material keep its shine and beautiful look.

Pants will be sewn just like the style shown in the picture.

Shirts will always come with sleeves attached. We do not sew any shirts without sleeves.

If you would like, a lining made of chiffon or net can be added to the sleeves inside the shirt or sent to you separately. Just ask us!

Dupattas will be finished nicely with silk edging or exactly as shown in the picture.

We make sure our dresses have a full-coverage inner lining to neatly cover the stomach, shoulders, and back areas. We do not create clothes that are revealing.

Any decorations or embellishments on the dress will be added as they are in the picture. Please note, though, that the availability of these decorative items can sometimes change in the market.
Ways to Customize Your Order
We offer options for customizing your order. You will find a box at checkout to enter your custom size for every order. Keep in mind that customization is only for changes to the size and the styling of the garment. You cannot change the color.
If you request a change to the design (a customized order), the clothing will be made to the exact measurements and style you asked for. If you make any changes to the design, you are fully responsible for those changes, and you cannot return these customized items.
We use Sakina London labels in the collars because the fabric we get from the brands comes to us without any collar tags.
Orders Made Specifically for You & Designer Stitched Items:
All items that are made-to-order or are designer-stitched will be prepared and delivered to look as close as possible to the product images shown on the Sakina London website by default. If you want any specific changes, you must confirm them with us in writing before you place your order. Otherwise, the clothing will be sewn exactly as shown.
If you want to ask for changes, you need to:

Write a note about the changes in the box at checkout, AND

Share these changes with our customer service agent (along with your order number) so we can confirm them.
Any changes must be approved by us, and in most cases, we cannot make changes to the design. Please remember that once these custom orders are confirmed, you cannot cancel, get a refund, or return them because they are made especially for you.
