Pricing
- Personal Shopping Fee: £20 per outfit.
- Shipping: £15 for the first kilogram.
- Additional Weight: £6 per additional kilogram.
- Shipping charges are based on the greater of the actual or volumetric weight, as determined by the courier.
- A final shipping quotation will be shared before dispatch.
- Where necessary, photos of the parcel on the weighing scale may be provided for transparency.
Important Information & Policies
- This service is provided on a sourcing and purchasing basis. We purchase items on your behalf from third party designers and boutiques.
- Product availability and prices are subject to change until the purchase has been completed.
- Designer prices may increase without prior notice. Any price changes will be confirmed with you before purchase.
- Colours may vary slightly due to camera settings, lighting conditions, screen calibration, and the designer's production process. Such variations do not constitute a fault.
- Videos and photographs are provided as a helpful representation only and should not be considered an exact colour reference.
- Minor variations in embroidery placement, embellishments, fabric texture, or finishing are considered normal in handcrafted garments.
- Returns, exchanges, cancellations, or alterations are subject entirely to the individual designer's policies. If a designer does not accept returns, we will be unable to accept them.
- Our Personal Shopping fee is non-refundable once we begin sourcing or purchase the requested item.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate sizing, measurements and product details.
- International shipping charges are payable separately unless otherwise agreed.
- Customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, customs charges or taxes imposed by UK authorities.
- Any request to declare shipments differently is entirely at our discretion and subject to applicable shipping and customs requirements.
- By placing an order for this service, you acknowledge that we act solely as your purchasing agent and logistics coordinator.
- Because this is a personalised sourcing and purchasing service performed specifically at your request, the service fee itself is not eligible for refunds after the service has been performed. Any payment dispute or chargeback relating to the completed service may be challenged with evidence of communications, purchase records, videos, courier documentation, and other records of the service provided.
