Yes. Sakeena London offers only genuine, verified products sourced through authorised channels: official brand stores, the designers themselves or verified suppliers. We never sell copies or replicas.

We offer more than 240 Pakistani labels, including Maria B, Sana Safinaz, Asim Jofa, Baroque, Afrozeh, Aik Atelier, Mushq, Faiza Saqlain, Qalamkar and Sobia Nazir. If you can't find a piece on our website, our personal shopping service may be able to source it for you.

Items are sourced from the designer after you order, so availability is confirmed once your order has been placed. If an item is unavailable, we'll tell you straight away, and you can choose another outfit or have a full refund.

We stitch unstitched designer fabric to look as close as possible to the product images, in a standard UK size or to your own measurements. Our tailoring is modesty-conscious: sleeves are always attached, inner lining gives full coverage, and backless or low-back designs are made with a regular back.

Our standard stitching sizes are UK XS, S, M, L and XL. Full measurements are on our Size Guide page. A difference of up to 1 to 1.5 inches is normal, and sizing can vary between designers.

Yes, custom sizing is free. Enter your measurements in the custom measurements panel on the product page, or send them to us on WhatsApp at +44 7413 469563. We also leave about 2 inches of seam allowance so small adjustments can be made later.

You can customise size and styling, but not colour. Changes must be confirmed by us in writing before you order, noted at checkout and sent to our team with your order number. In most cases, design changes are not possible.

Most outfits are sourced and stitched to order, so the estimated delivery time is 15–18 working days from your order. Ready-to-wear pieces may arrive sooner. If you need an outfit for an event, send us the product link and your date before ordering so we can advise.

We deliver across the UK and to many countries worldwide with tracked DPD delivery. Shipping costs are based on weight, size and destination and are shown at checkout.

Possibly. Customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees charged by the destination country are paid by the customer and are not included in our prices. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.

Once your order leaves our facility, we'll send you a tracking number and instructions by email or text message.

You can cancel within 2 hours of ordering, except for confirmed urgent orders. A fee of £18.25 plus 3.5% applies for UK orders, or £18.25 plus 5.1% for international orders. Once confirmed, stitched and custom-made items cannot be cancelled.

Because most items are made for you, we offer refunds for damaged, wrong or missing items. Damage must be reported within 12 hours of delivery with an unedited unboxing video and photos. Your statutory rights are not affected. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds policy.

Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

Our store runs on Shopify, and payments are handled by payment processors, so we never receive or store your full card details. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.
