Delivery & returns
Most outfits are sourced and stitched to order. Estimated delivery is 15–18 working days from your order; ready-to-wear pieces may arrive sooner. Every parcel is tracked with DPD, and the shipping cost is shown at checkout.
Orders outside the UK may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, payable by the recipient.
Refunds are offered for damaged, wrong or missing items reported within 12 hours of delivery with an unboxing video. This does not affect your statutory rights.
